Analysis of Key Technologies of Server Virtualization

Server virtualization is the core part of the basic platform for cloud computing, with lower operating costs, planarization applications, and real time migration to improve the availability of services. It has multiple values of integrating resources and being green. The key technology for server virtualization technology involves an auxiliary function of the three CPU virtualization, memory virtualization device, I/Oand Ethernet port virtualization and other hardware virtual key technologies and real-time migration technology. The paper shows the key technologies of server virtualization and IT resources constitute the basis of cloud computing. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the virtual server performance for the operations of cloud computing service provider, we provide a standard to select the virtual server.
