| 摘 要： | 20世纪以来，财经院校的大学生艺术素质综合教育已经与不同的专业相互融通，使得在当下新的环境下艺术素质教育发生了主体性的转变。在艺术设计教育更广阔的层面上，专业的素质教育依然存在着某些不均衡的式样。本文从文化创意的思维角度来评述如何在当下信息技术社会下提高艺术设计素质教育，重新界定大学生艺术素质教育的人文与社会实践价值。

| Abstract: | From 20th century, education and artistic qualities of university students＇ have changed to various professional mutual facilities, making the art of a current new environment shift to the quality education. In the wider art and design education, the professional quality of education remains uneven. From the perspective of the cultural and creative thinking, the paper reviews present IT community how to improve the art and design quality education, and how to redefine the Students＇ artistic quality education in the humanities and social value in practice. |
