大孔吸附树脂法纯化红米红色素的工艺研究

摘    要:以红米红色素粗提液为原料,研究了五种大孔吸附树脂对其进行纯化精制。结果表明:HPD-80对色素纯化效果最佳。确定采用红米红色素提取液吸光度在2.0左右,流速为2 BV/h上柱吸附。采用浓度为70%的乙醇溶液,流速为1 BV/h进行洗脱。通过大孔吸附树脂纯化后,红米红色素得到较好的纯化和富集,色素色价达到261.1。

Abstract:This paper was studied on used resin to purify red kermel color.The results showed that HPD-80 was suited to use on red kermel color.HPD-80 had the better adsorped effect when the absorb-ency of red kermel color was about 2.0,the adsorption current velocity was 2 BV/h.Meanwhile HPD-80 had the best desorption effect when the concentration of ethanol was 70%,desorption current velocity was 1BV/h.Red kermel color was greatly refined by resin,the purity of pigment was 261.1.
