城市轨道交通车辆辅助逆变电源的发展趋势

摘    要:以轻量化为主线,从供电模式、变流器拓扑结构、新器件应用三个方面,综述了城市轨道交通车辆辅助逆变电源的发展趋势。随着技术的进步,辅助逆变电源朝着轻量化的方向不断改进:采用并联供电方式替代扩展供电和交叉供电,降低整车电源总容量;采用中频化技术,取消工频隔离变压器,降低体积质量;采用碳化硅(Si C)器件替代Si基IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管),减小电感、电容、冷却系统的体积质量。以并联供电、中频化技术、新器件应用为代表的轻量化技术是城市轨道交通车辆辅助逆变电源的发展趋势。

Abstract:Recent development of APS is described from perspectives of parallel operation mode,converter topology and devices of the next generation.Following technical progress,light-weight design of APS becomes the main development direction for urban rail transit trains.In which,parallel operation mode will replace the extended power supply and the cross power supply to reduce the total capacity of the train,median frequency technology is adopted to replace the power frequency isolating transformer,thus the weight of APS will be significantly reduced.In the future,application of the next generation power devices such as Silicon Carbine (SiC) will replace the silicon-based IGBT,leading to smaller cooling components,inductors and capacitors.All the light-weight technologies represent the development trend of APS.
