回结肠造瘘术后并发症原因分析

总结１９８７年至１９９５年回结肠造瘘术６３例，发生并发症３５例，分析原因认为回结肠造瘘术系为解决肠道梗阻、外伤或肠切除术的第１期手术而进行的暂时或永久的粪便转流术，在许多情况下可挽救病人的生命，然而，处理不当亦可发生严重并发症，甚至导致死亡。其中以瘘口周围炎、瘘口狭窄为最常见，瘘口出血及肠坏死后果最为严重。防止并发症的关键是手术应规范化，提高对各种并发症的警惕性及较好的术后护理。

ANALYSIS OF POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS OF ILEOSTOMY AND COLOOSTOMY

This paper reported 63 patients accepted ileostomy or colostomy from 1987 to 1995.In all case,11 sorts of complication were occured in 35 patients.ILeostomy and colostomy being the temporary or permanent drainge of feces could save the life of patients who suffered from ileus injure of intestinal tract or enterectomy at first step operation.Stoma stenosis and peristomatitis were frequent complications,and bleeding and necrosis in stoma were serious ones. Adding to review the references,the author considered that serious complication could also occur in those simple surgery if the poor processing were performed,and some of complications could lead to death. To avoid of those complications,it is important to operate regularly,to attent to various sorts of complications,and to strengthen nursing during postoperation.
