摘    要:随着风电大规模接入电网,风电对电网的影响越来明显.针对风电场的出力特性,以及风电场并入电网带来的安全稳定控制装置的配合问题,采用PSASP程序对新疆阿勒泰地区电网进行仿真分析,综合考虑风电出力特性和地区负荷特性对地区电网孤网运行暂态过程和安全稳定控制装置动作的影响,通过对比分析在不同风速和不同负荷情况下各种安全稳定控制装置的配合动作对孤网频率稳定性的影响.结果表明大规模风电接入电网后,风电出力特性和地区负荷特性共同影响安全稳定控制装置的配合以及孤网频率稳定性.对含大规模风电接入的电网的安全、稳定运行具有重要的参考价值.

Study of Impact of Bulk Wind Power Integration on Isolated Grid Frequency Stability

Abstract:The impacts on power grids from high penetration of wind power generation become more and more obviously.The simulation on Altai regional power grid in Xinjiang is conducted with the PSASP program to study the output characteristics of wind farm and the emerging issues of security and stability control devices due to the wind farm integration.By jointly taking into account of the impacts from wind power output characteristics and regional load characteristics on the transient process when system operates in isolated mode and the actions of security and stability control devices,the frequency stability of isolated grid under different wind speeds and load combinations are analyzed.The results show that,with the large scale wind power integration,both the wind power output characteristics and the regional load characteristics may influence the cooperation of the security and stability control equipments and therefore,the frequency stability of isolated grids,which are critical to the secure and stable operation of power grids with bulk wind power integrated.
