| 摘 要： | 介绍了几种氯气处理工艺流程改进方法:直接把湿氯引至漂水,节省干燥塔硫酸用量同时减轻硫酸干燥塔的生产压力,减少氯气泵用电量;改造氯气洗涤塔结构,提高氯气的洗涤效果,降低氯气温度,减少氯中含盐;增加水雾捕集器,减少氯中含水,降低硫酸用量。

| Abstract: | The improvement technique of chlorine treatment process was introduced: leading the wet chlorine to the javel water production directly to save the dosage of vitriol, relieve the produce pressure of vitriol desiccation tower and the dosage of electricity power; changing the configuration of chlorine wash tower to improve the effect of wash, reduce the temperature of chlorine and the contain of salt; increasing the water-fog catch equipment to reduce the contain of water and the dosage of vitriol. |
