| 摘 要： | 针对煤炭开采过程中采煤机滚筒高度调节的实际工程问题,为提高采煤自动化、无人化程度,根据煤岩物理性质的不同,提出一种新的煤岩识别技术及采煤机。通过利用试切锯片截割煤岩,试切电机负载电流不同,波动程度不同;同时进一步分析截割煤岩时液压缸压力变化进行煤岩识别。结果表明:通过试切电机负载电流不同结合液压缸压力变化进行煤岩识别的方法,具有准确、稳定、可靠、成本低的特点,为煤岩识别采煤机的设计提供了参考。

| Abstract: | In view of the practical engineering problems of shearer drum height adjustment in the process of coal mining,in order to improve the degree of automation and unmanned coal mining,according to the different physical properties of coal and rock,a new coal rock identification technology and shearer were proposed.By using the test cutting saw blade cutting coal and rock,the load current of the test cutting motor is different,the fluctuation degree is different;at the same time,the pressure change of hydraulic cylinder was further analyzed to identify coal and rock.The results show that the coal rock identification method based on the different load current of the motor and the pressure change of the hydraulic cylinder has the characteristics of accuracy,stability,reliability and low cost,which provides a reference for the design of coal rock identification shearer. |
