| 摘 要： | 报告163例过期妊娠,占同期分娩总数的8.86％。妊娠大多为42～44周内,最长者为48周。引产75例,成功率84％,其中综合引产52例,成功率80.76％;手术产42例,占过期妊娠的25.7％。产妇并发症11例,占6.74％;胎儿及新生儿并发症36例,占22％。并对有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | One hundred and sixty three cases of prolonged pregnancy have been reported, which consituted 0.86% of the total number of parturition contemporarily. The period of time of most pregnancies then was between 42- 44 weeks, with the longest being 48 weeks. The rate of success in 75 cases with induced labor and 52 cases with combined induced labor were 84% and 80.76% respectively. 42 cases of labor by operation(25.7%), 11(6.76%) cases With complication in labor and 36 (22%) cases of fetus and new born with neonatal complication were reported. Relevant problems were discussed. |
