导热油炉供热量不足原因分析及对策

摘    要:介绍了某厂添加剂车间导热油炉的基本情况及供热量不足引起的故障发生过程,从实际总工艺热负荷、燃料气热值、燃料气流量及其他因素等方面分析了导热油炉供热量不足的原因,认为燃气实际供给体积流量是影响导热油炉供热能力的主要因素。采取相应改进措施后,导热油炉供热能力大幅提升,完全满足了正常生产的供热需求。燃气系统脱水效果明显改善,系统整体性能得到了大幅提升,满足了导热油炉的各项性能要求。

Abstract:The failure caused by insufficient heat supply and its basic performance happened in additive workshop. The actual total process heat load, fuel gas heat enthalpy, fuel gas flow rate, and other factors were considered and analyzed for insufficient heat supply and its cause. It was pointed out that volumetric flow rate was the main effect. The counter measure was taken and the heat supply was greatly increased, thus meet normal heat supply. The gas system reconstruction and dehydration were improved and total system performance was increased to meet the require- ment of heat conduction oil furnace.
