摘    要:针对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)转矩脉动较大和传统PI速度环调节能力差的问题,提出了自适应模糊直接转矩控制的策略.集成了转矩直接控制和模糊控制自适应强的优点,可以有效抑制转矩脉动和加快转矩响应速度.同时将传统的PI速度调节器替换成模糊PID调节器,速度环根据转速偏差和转速偏差的变化率,模糊在线调节PID参数,使系统较好地实现速度参考自适应调节,由此获得更精确的转矩给定,提高系统抗负载扰动能力.通过进行MATLAB仿真实验,验证控制策略具有转矩脉动抑制作用,同时又提高了系统静动态性能,增强了系统鲁棒性.

Abstract:With respect to the big torque ripple of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) and poor adjustability of traditional PI speed loop, an adaptive fuzzy direct torque control strategy is proposed to integrate the high adaptability of direct torque control and fuzzy control to suppress torque ripple effectively and quicken torque response. Furthermore, the conventional PI speed regulated is replaced by a fuzzy PID regulator, whereby the speed loop makes a fuzzy on-line adjustment of the PID parameters according to the speed deviation and its change rate for the purpose of better self-adaptive regulation by speed reference, so that a more accurate torque may be given and the system resistance to load disturbance. The MATLAB simulation experiment has verified that the control strategy can suppress the torque *'it)Die. improve the static and dvnamic performance of the svstem and enhance its robustness.
