低渗透油田抽油机井系统效率及评价指标

摘    要:对比分析不同时期系统效率指标,发现仅以绝对系统效率值作为考核指标,由于没有同一比较基准,不能准确反映机采系统投入与产出的关系。通过理论分析、实测计算表明,低渗透油田抽油机井系统效率存在最大值。采用系统效率实现率指标,能够在同一基准上评价1口井、1个区块或1个油田的系统效率管理工作,并能量化抽油机井系统效率的提升潜力,完善机采系统节能降耗考核指标。

Abstract:Through comparative analysis of system efficiency in different periods, the relationship of input and output of pumping well is not accurately reflected by absolute system efficiency in the absence of the same standard of comparison. By means of theoretical analysis, actual measurement and calculation, there is a maximum system efficiency of pumping well in low-permeability oil- field. So achievable ratio of system efficiency is a better contrast basis to evaluate management level of a well,or a block or an oilfield,to quantify enhanced potential of the system efficiency of pumping wells, and perfect assessment index of energy saving and consumption reducing of artifi- cial lifted well system.
