重庆市某区女性性服务工作者行为干预效果评价

目的评价重庆市某区女性性服务工作者(FSW)艾滋病防治行为干预效果。方法采取二阶段整群抽样法确定调查场所和人数,比较行为干预前后艾滋病相关知识知晓率、就医模式、安全性行为、梅毒感染率等差异,综合评价该区FSW人群艾滋病防治行为干预效果。结果行为干预后,FSW人群在艾滋病相关知识知晓率(χ2=23.52,P﹤0.005)、性病就医模式正确率(χ2=4.89,P﹤0.05)方面有显著提高;高档场所FSW人群安全性行为率(χ2=4.89,P﹤0.05)明显提高;低档场所FSW人群安全套使用率(χ2=2.69,P﹥0.1)无明显变化;梅毒感染率无根本变化(χ2=0.84,P﹥0.25)。结论该区FSW人群艾滋病防治行为干预效果显著,但低档场所FSW人群安全性行为率仍然很低,需要加强对低档场所FSW人群的行为干预。

Evaluation of the Effect of Behaviors Interference Among Female Sexual Workers Serving in a District of Chongqing

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of behaviors interference among female sexual workers(FSW)serving in a district of Chongqing. METHODS A two stage cluster sampling method was adopted to determine the number of entertainment places and FSW,compare the changes of AIDS-related knowledge and the correct medical rout and safe sex and the rate of tested positive for syphilis,evaluate the effect of behaviors interference in FSW with comprehensive. RESULTS After interference,awareness rate of the AIDS related knowledge(χ2=23.52,P﹤0.005)and the rate of correct medical rout(χ2 =4.89,P﹤0.05)had risen notably;Condom promotion rate among FSW in senior place had risen notably(χ2=27.34,P﹤0.005);There was no variance of condom use in elementary place(χ2=2.69,P﹥0.1);Infection rate of syphilis had no fundamental change(χ2 =0.84,P﹥0.25). CONCLUSION The effect of behaviors interference among FSW crowd serving in this district was very striking. Condom promotion rate among FSW in elementary place is still too low,but still strengthen behaviors interference is needed.
