摘    要:目的探讨肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及其危险因素的关系。方法对1643例体检职工的baPWV以1400cm/s为界定值分组,大于该值者列入异常组,小于该值设为正常组;对其在不同年龄段的率及其血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿酸、体重指数、腰围等数据进行相关分析。结果 baPWV在各年龄段之间异常率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000﹤0.01),且随年龄的增加其异常率相应升高。多元回归分析提示:baPWV主要危险因素是年龄、收缩压、血糖、甘油三酯,它们可引起baPWV47%的变异。结论通过baPWV检查,结合常规体检,可以早期发现血管疾病及其危险因素,有利于控制和降低心血管事件的发生,值得广泛使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationships between the brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)and risk factors. METHODS 1400cm/s was suggested as reference for baPWV. According to the value of baPWV,all cases were subdivided into normal group(baPWV﹤1 400 cm/s)and abnormal group(baPWV﹥1 400 cm/s),its rate in different age and risk factors were analyzed. RESULTS There was a remarkable significant difference among the rate of abnormal group in different age(P﹤0.01). The abnormal rate of baPWV increased with age. Multivariate correlation analysis revealed that baPWV was elevated with the increase of age,SBP,FBS,and TG,47 percent of baPWV variation was made by them. CONCLUSION Cardiovascular disease and the risk factors could be found early by baPWV and routine physical examination,it is helpful to control and prevent cardiovascular events. Therefore it is worth of application and dissemination expanding.
