| 摘 要： | 汽车牌照定位是一个较难解决的图像分割问题.采用灰度图像分割、数学形态学、颜色搜索相结合的方法,进行汽车牌照定位,充分利用了颜色信息和牌照特点.实验表明,检测出的牌照区域准确率高,适用于任意背景、位置和光照下的牌照定位,且通用性较好.

| Abstract: | The locating vehicle license plate is very difficult in the field of image segmentation. In this paper, an approach of combining Graylevel image segmentation, mathematical morphology and color character exploring with fully color information and features of vehicle license plate is presented. Experiments show that this method have a high locating rate and good generality. This method is capable locating license plate in cases of various backgrounds, positions and illumination. |
