| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性肝癌组织与正常肝组织的生长激素受体(GHR)mRNA的表达情况。方法通过半定量的逆转录鄄多聚酶链式反应(RT鄄PCR)方法检测GHRmRNA在32例原发性肝癌组织与6例正常肝组织中的表达。结果癌组织GHRmRNA的表达率为90.6%(29/32),正常肝组织GHRmRNA的表达率为100%;半定量RT鄄PCR结果表明:GHRmRNA在正常肝组织、原发性肝癌组织的表达二者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论正常肝组织、原发性肝癌组织的GHR在蛋白表达水平上差异的原因与二者在mRNA水平上的表达量无明显相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mRNA expressions of growth hormone receptor (GHR) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tumor tissues and normal liver tissues. Methods 32 cases of HCC tumor tissues and 6 cases of normal liver tissue were detected respectively by semi,quantified RT,PCR. Results The GHR mRNA expression rate was 90.6%(29/32) in HCC tumor tissues, while 100% expression rate was found in normal liver tissues. In the Semi,quantified RT,PCR determination, no significant difference was found between the tumor tissues of HCC and normal liver tissues(P >0.05). Conclusion The different GHR expression at protein level between HCC tumor tissue and normal liver tissue might not caused by the different amounts of mRNA expressions. |
