摘    要:鸢尾属的许多植物都具有悠久的药用历史,用于治疗癌症、炎症、细菌和病毒感染等多种疾病。该属植物中含有丰富的次生代谢产物,其中以黄酮类成分的数量最多且最为重要。现对近5年来从19种鸢尾属植物中分离得到的118种黄酮类化合物,包括18个全新化合物进行了归纳整理,并详尽阐述了它们的来源、结构特点、生物活性及其作用机制。

Abstract:The species of genus Iris L. (Iridaceae) have a long history of traditional medicinal use in many places around the world, and are used in the treatment of cancer, inflammation, bacterial and viral infections. The plants in Iris L. have been previously recognized, in which flavonoids are found predominantly. During the last five years, 118 flavonoid constituents have been discovered and characterized, including 18 new compounds, from 19 species of Iris L. The details of their source, structural feature, biological activity as well as its mechanism are given in this review.
