锌及锌合金镀层无铬钝化研究进展

摘    要:综述了锌及锌合金镀层无铬钝化的研究进展情况;介绍了几种无机、有机钝化工艺.展望了无铬钝化技术的发展趋势,同时指出:硅酸盐钝化膜是无毒、环保型保护膜,耐蚀性较高,钝化成本较低;因此,硅酸盐钝化将成为替代铬酸盐钝化工艺的主要研究方向之一.

Abstract:Progress of chromate-free passivation of zinc or zinc alloy galvanized steel is summarized,focusing on several chromate-free passivation processes of zinc plated steel by inorganic and organic agents.The developing tendency of chromate-free passivation techniques is overcasted.It is also pointed that silicate passivation film will be one of the main researching objects,which will replace current traditional chromate passivation because it is non-toxic and environment-friendly,highly corrosion resistant and lower in cost.
