| 摘 要： | 本文通过小城镇住宅试点小区的规划设计及工程实例,在一系列专题研究的基础上构筑了小城镇住宅小区和人居环境规划指标体系,为科学、合理地编制我省小城镇住宅小区规划提供量化依据。指标体系在住宅规划中具有普遍的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on a series of monographic study on the examples of layout design and construction of the pilot projects in the residential areas in small towns,a set of indicators for the planning of the housing areas and residential environment has been built,providing the quantitative basis for the scientific and rational planning of the small towns in Fujuan Province.This set of indicators is significant for guiding the planning of housing projects. |
