排球运动竞技因素分析

Rational Knowledge about Volleyball

From the perspective of general system theory, the author analyzes in volleyball match and training, the interaction and dynamic equilibrium between physical power and technical ability, skill and strategy, attack and defensive, individuals and team, the coach and the player, as well as training course and effect. At the same time, the author comes up with different views, in terms of traditional concept about volleyball. The conclusion is the systematic comprehensive analytic approach should be regarded as a vital way of thinking about guiding volleyball practice.
