| 摘 要： | 目的 观察糖尿病合并胃癌围手术期患者应用胰岛素泵的治疗效果.方法 2004年1月- 2010年12月收治的胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者86例,将患者随机分为常规组(A组)46例和胰岛素泵组(B组)40例,比较两组患者在血糖控制、手术并发症方面的差异.结果 B组与A组出院时,空腹血糖以及餐后血糖均能达标,但B组明显好于A组(P...
