| Abstract: | Zincifying technology is used to change the oxidation state of the surface of Al alloy (LY11) samples prepared for SPF/DB without shielding. The results show that Zn participates in the mutual diffusion. The mechanism of DB is considered as that the diffusion of the atoms causes the movement of the bonding interface and that the recovery and recrystallization cause the bonding interface to disappear. |
