人参须根中皂苷类成分提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:研究人参须根中皂苷类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:比较了乙醇回流提取法和超声波提取法提取人参皂苷的差异。在此实验基础上,通过单因素实验和正交实验,筛选出超声波法从人参须根中提取皂苷类成分的最优提取工艺。结果:人参须根中皂苷类成分的最优提取条件为50%乙醇,提取2次,每次40min,提取温度40℃,料液比为1:20。结论:该提取方法操作简单,有效成分的提取率高。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of ginsenoside from ginseng fibrous root. Method: Refluxing method and supersonic extraction method were compared, and the optimal extraction process of ginsenoside was selected by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Result: The optimum extracting factors were 50% alcohol, extracting for 40min at 40℃, repeated 2 times with solid-liquid ratio of 1:20. Conclusion: The method is simple with high extraction rate.
