| 摘 要： | 目的:研究人参须根中皂苷类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:比较了乙醇回流提取法和超声波提取法提取人参皂苷的差异。在此实验基础上,通过单因素实验和正交实验,筛选出超声波法从人参须根中提取皂苷类成分的最优提取工艺。结果:人参须根中皂苷类成分的最优提取条件为50%乙醇,提取2次,每次40min,提取温度40℃,料液比为1:20。结论:该提取方法操作简单,有效成分的提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective： To optimize the extraction process of ginsenoside from ginseng fibrous root. Method： Refluxing method and supersonic extraction method were compared, and the optimal extraction process of ginsenoside was selected by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Result： The optimum extracting factors were 50% alcohol, extracting for 40min at 40℃, repeated 2 times with solid-liquid ratio of 1：20. Conclusion： The method is simple with high extraction rate. |
