摘    要:目的:探讨心率变异性(HRV)对早期发现2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压心脏植物神经病变的意义。方法:应用24h动态心电图(Holter)监测84例2型糖尿病患者和84例2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者,并与84名正常人对照,比较三组SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50、HRVI、TP、LF、HF和LF/HF。结果:T2DM组和EH+T2DM组的SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50、HRVI、TP、LF和LF/HF均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。EH+T2DM组较T2DM组也有明显变化。结论:T2DM+EH组与T2DM组相比自主神经功能受损害程度更加明显,发生心源性猝死的危险性增加,应定期检查,密切随访。

Heart rate variability character of the patients with the secondary type diabetes complicated with hypertension

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the significance of HRV on early discovery of the hearts autonomic neuropathy in the patients with secondary type DM and EH. Methods:Three groups contained random sampling of 84 patients with secondary type DM,84 patients with secondary type DM and EH and 84 healthy cases, to observe the changes of dynamic electrocardiogram indexes (SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50,HRVI,TP,LF,HF and LF/HF). Results:The results showed that SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50, HRVI,TP,LF and LF/HF in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus were much lower than those in the normal control group,especially in the hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion:The autonomous nerve function had damaged more in the T2DM+EH group than that in the control group.The risk of occurrence of carcinogenic sudden death in creased, which should have the regular examination and close following-up.
