矫直和时效对线材力学性能的影响

摘    要:在CHT4106微机液压万能试验机上进行试验,从统计学方差技术及金属学角度研究矫直和自然时效对HRB400螺纹钢线材力学性能的影响。试验结果:不矫直试样的屈服强度平均值为473 MPa,矫直试样的屈服强度平均值为470 MPa,矫直后自然时效48 h试样的屈服强度平均值为461 MPa;试样抗拉强度值大部分稳定在630~645 MPa。结果表明,矫直对线材屈服性能的影响较小,自然时效对线材屈服性能影响较大,屈服强度平均值低10MPa左右;而矫直和时效对线材的抗拉强度影响较小。
