螺杆泵举升工艺技术在三元复合驱的适应性

摘    要:三元复合驱具有驱油效果好、采收率高的优点,但在生产过程中,由于举升系统结垢造成油井卡泵、杆断现象多,检泵周期短,严重影响了油井的生产时率和驱油效果。从三元复合驱螺杆泵举升技术现状出发,分析了螺杆泵举升在三元复合驱应用的适应性,给出了螺杆泵举升技术的应用效果。

Abstract:The alkali-surfactant-polymer flooding has a good oil displacement effect and high recovery factor.But in the production process,the scaling of lifting system can lead to the pump stucking,the rod parting increasing and the pump inspection interval shorting,which has affected the production percentage and oil displacement effect seriously.Starting with the current situations of the screw pump lifting,this paper analyzes the adaptability of the screw pump lifting in alkali-surfactant-polymer flooding and points out its technical changes and application effects.
