急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段开采煤岩应力演化规律数值模拟研究

摘    要:急倾斜特厚煤层赋存条件非常特殊,为揭示急倾斜特厚煤层开采过程中灾害的致灾机理,基于COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件对乌东煤矿45#急倾斜特厚煤层水平分段开采条件下,岩体及煤体的应力演化规律进行数值模拟研究,研究结果表明:煤层顶板附近的岩层应力较大,靠近煤层底板处的岩层应力变化不大|覆岩局部区域内产生了应力集中现象|工作面煤体的应力集中多分布在靠近顶板处的煤体,而靠近底板处的煤体其应力集中程度较顶板小|工作面煤体的轴向应力的分布分为塑性区、弹性区和原岩应力区三个区,工作面煤体沿走向方向上的侧向应力随距离工作面的距离增加而减小。

Abstract:Steeply inclined extra-thick coal seams occur under special conditions,in order to reveal the disaster mechanism in the process of mining,the stress evolution law of rock mass and coal body is numerically simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics under the condition of horizontal sublevel mining of 45#steepline ultra-thick coal seam in Wudong Coal mine.The results show that,the rock stress near the roof of the coal seam is large,while the rock stress near the floor of the coal seam changes little.The stress concentrates in the local area of overlying rock.The stress concentration area of coal body in working face is mostly near the roof,and the stress concentration degree near the floor is smaller than the roof.The axial stress distribution of coal body in working face is divided into three zones:plastic zone,elastic zone and in-situ stress zone.The lateral stress along the strike direction of coal body decreases with the increase of the distance from the working face.
