摘    要:为实现甘蔗稳定有序供种,对现有预切种式甘蔗横向种植机供种装置进行了改进设计.通过对蔗种在供种过程中的运动进行分析,探究了供种的运动机理.运用Adams对蔗种的供种过程进行仿真虚拟试验分析,验证了改进后供种装置的可行性.通过进行单因素试验及正交试验,研究了蔗种数量、落种高度、偏移距离和开口角度4个因素对供种效果的影响,其...

Abstract:To realize the stable and orderly seeding of sugarcane, the seeding device of the existing pre-cut sugarcane horizontal planting machine is improved. This paper analyzes the movement of sugarcane seeds in the process of seed supply and explores the movement mechanism of the seed supply. Adams was used to analyzing the process of sugarcane seed supply by simulation, which verified the feasibility of the improved seed supply device. The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out to study the effects of four factors including seed number, drop height, offset distance and opening size on seeding effect, and the factors affecting the seeding quality were found out. Experiments show that the offset distance and opening size have a significant effect on the order rate and the pass rate, and the optimal parameter combination is A1 B3(the offset distance is 90 mm, the opening size is 180°).
