摘    要:对直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的工作原理和困油现象进行了分析,建立了该型齿轮泵困油容积变化率的理论计算公式,利用扫过面积法计算了困油容积变化率,研究了该型齿轮泵在工作中产生噪声的原因,并提出解决方法,即利用解决困油现象间接达到降低噪声,进而提高该型齿轮泵工作效率的目的。

Abstract:An alysis of the working principle and the trapping oil phenomenon for straight conjugate internal gear pump was did in this paper, the theoretical calculation formula for straight conjugate internal gear pump trapped oil volume rate was established, and by using the swept area method to calculate the trapped oil volume rate, the straight conjugate internal gear pump noise which causes at work was studied. Finally,the problems were solved through solving the trapped oil phe- nomenon indirectly to reduce the noise, thereby, the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the straight conjugate internal gear pump was gotten.
