人及猪,豚鼠,兔胰岛细胞对人工ICA反应的研究

本实验用猪、豚鼠、家兔胰腺抗原与Ｏ型血人胰腺作为抗原相对照，以ＡＢＣ法检测１７例ＩＤＤＭ，２０例ＮＩＤＤ，２０例非糖尿病患病血清胰岛细胞抗体（ＩＣＡ）。结果显示４种胰腺作为抗原均对人ＩＣＡ有抗原抗体结合反应，组间反应阳性一率差异无显著性，表明猪、豚鼠、家兔的胰腺比喻和为抗原可以替代人胰腺，用于以ＡＢＣ法检测ＩＣＡ，由此无种族特异性。

Detection of human serum ICA with islet cells of laboratory animals

Fresh normal human pancreas(blood group 0)is needed as an antigen for serum islet cell antibody(ICA)detection with immunohistochemical technic,that gives a great limit for its practical use. In this article,pig,guinea pig.rabbit and human pancreas were used to detect serum from l7 patients with IDDM,20 with NIDDM,and 20 non diabetic. patients.The differences in reaction between human and animal islet cells were not significant.It is therefore recommendedthat the animal pancreas can be used to replace the human pancreas in detecting serum ICA with ABC method,fpr these isno species specificity in ICA detection.
