| 摘 要： | 介绍了家禽加工副产物的开发利用,重点是鸡鸭血液及骨的利用现状。提出对血液及骨原料进行精深加工以及新产品研发的具体途径,包括鸡鸭血液和鸡鸭骨深加工产品的生产工艺,对市场前景进行了分析。
