液态合金表面张力检测技术研究与应用的进展

摘    要:介绍了液态合金表面张力检测的常用方法及装置,包括气泡最大压力法、毛细管上升法、拉筒法、静滴法等.同时分析了表面张力检测新技术的研究动向,指出当前的研究重点主要集中在生产现场快速检测技术、高精度静力学检测技术及表面张力计算技术三个方面.

Abstract:Surface tension is one of important physical properties of melt, and it will affect the forming process of castings. The importance of testing melt surface tension has been attached gradually by metallurgists and foundry men. In this paper, the frequently used methods and devices to test melt surface tension were introduced, and the research tendency was discussed as well. It was pointed out that the main research fields in the future may be on-the-spot testing, high precision static testing and surface tension calculating technology.
