| Abstract: | In this paper, the difference and errors made during processing spherical surface by using end mills and using ball - nosed end mills are compared. The method of counting proper step - angle is analyzed, and the macro program which is applied in processing spherical surface in CNC Milling Machines by using ball - nosed end mills so that unification between the processing quality and processing efficiency are guaranteed. |
