| 摘 要： | 通过对公共建筑的范围与能耗特点的分析,探讨了公共建筑节能成套技术研究的内容和方法.公共建筑节能技术的研究应当围绕建筑节能规划设计与围护结构、采暖通风与空气调节节能技术、照明节能技术、建筑节能测试技术、建筑节能设计等方面展开,通过研究制定出适合本地区气候特征、经济发展实际的节能技术措施.在节能技术要求和具体措施上应当全面覆盖、达到科学合理和协调配套,才能实现真正意义上的建筑节能.

| Abstract: | Based on analyses of the scopes and energy consumption characteristics of public buildings,this paper discusses the contents and methods of research on their energy-saving packaged technolgies.The research on energy-saving technologies of public buildings should centre around such aspects as architectural planning design and exterior-protected construction,heating and ventilation and air conditioning,lighting,architectural testing and design.Then formulated are energy-saving technological measures suited to local climate features and economic development conditions.The energy-saving technical specifications and concrete measures must attain to all-round coverage,reasonableness and coordinaiton,so as to accomplish architectural energy saving in a real way. |
