工程文化视角下的地方工科院校文化传承创新育人模式研究

中国地域经济的高速增长与未来可持续发展需要更多更好的高质量工程技术人才的培养与支持,也是走中国特色新型工业化道路的可靠根基与必然要求。本文着重从工程文化的视角,首先对其涵义、高校育人模式的三重维度进行了客观的分析与阐释,进而阐明工程文化视角下的地方工科院校文化传承创新育人策略,为加强我国高等工程教育的改革与发展提供参考。

Research on Cultural Inheritance and Innovation Engineering Educational Model in Local Engineering Colleges from Engineering Cultural Perspective

Regional Economic Growth and sustainable development in China need more and more,better and higher quality engineering and technology personnel training and support,it is inevitable requirement and reliable foundation about entering characteristic new-style industrialized road of China.The article is mainly from engineering culture perspective,at first,have the objective analysis and interpretation about its meanings and the three dimensions of college educational model,so talk about the engineering cultural educational strategy from the perspective of cultural inheritance and innovation in local colleges of engineering education strategy,to provide the reference about improving reform and development of Higher Education of Engineering in China.
