妊娠合并嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生1例

患者女,21岁,左额顶部多发红色结节伴瘙痒6个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮血管、淋巴管增生,管壁由单层内皮细胞构成,内皮细胞向血管腔内隆起,周围淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,真皮深层未见明显异常。诊断:嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生。治疗:手术完整切除。

A Case of Pregnancy and Angiolymphoid Hyperplasia with Eosinophilia

A 21-year-old female presented with multiple red nodules on the left frontal forehead accompanied by itching for 6 months.The histopathology of the skin showed that the epidermis was approximately normal.There was proliferation of dermal vessels and lymphatics,which were composed of a single layer of endothelial cells.The endothelial cells were bulged into the endovascular lumen and infiltrated by peripheral lymphocytes and eosinophils.No obvious abnormality was found in the deep dermis.Diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was made.She underwent complete surgical resection accordingly.
