摘    要:掘进机是煤矿采掘机械化过程中的一种关键机械,亦是工作环境恶劣,故障多发的环节。因此,开展掘进机机械系统故障诊断关键技术研究具有重要意义。搭建基于现代信号分析处理方法和网络的故障监测诊断系统,拾取掘进机关键部件故障信号,采用现代谱分析方法提取故障特征,达到故障诊断的目的,可用于掘进机故障预知和智能维修。

Abstract:The roadheader is one of the key machines for mining and excavation mechanization,which is also the component with frequently failures under adverse working environment.Therefore,it is of great significant to research on the key technology of fault diagnosis of mechanical system for roadheader.The monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on modern signal analysis method under internet environment is built up to pick fault signals of the key components of roadheader.The modern spectrum analysis method is used to extract the corresponding fault features and the goal of fault diagnosis is realized,it can be applied to the foreknowledge and intelligent service of the roadheader faults.
