金属夹芯板温度及耐火性能实验研究

摘    要:采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对不同芯材组合金属夹芯板的温度应力和耐火性能进行研究。通过对两端铰支和固结的边界条件下,金属夹芯板在温度荷载下的受力状况进行实验、分析,结果表明,室内外温差下,高温侧钢板四个角点部位应力达到屈服极限,钢板发生整体波纹状屈曲,温差对夹芯板力学性能的影响不可忽视。

Abstract:ABAQUS finite element analysis software is adopted to research the temperature stress and fireproof property of metallic sandwich plates with different core materials.Experiment and analysis on force conditions of metallic sandwich plate whose both ends are hinge-supported and edges are bonded under temperature load are carried out.The results show that the stress at four angles of steel plat at high temperature reaches the yield limit under difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures,steel plate has...
