中医辨证治疗广泛性焦虑症临床疗效评价研究

目的探讨中医辨证治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效。方法将63例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为3组,其中辨证中药组给予辨证中药汤剂每日一剂,并药随证变;西药组给予帕罗西汀口服;中药加西药组给予中药每日一剂及帕罗西汀每日一片,疗程6周,判定疗效。结果三组治疗有效率相当,中药组与西药组治愈率相当,中西药组治愈率优于西药组,中药组与中西药组治愈率相当。结论辨证使用中药联合西药治疗广泛性焦虑症,临床治愈率明显优于单纯使用西药（帕罗西汀）,且不良反应少。提示中药治疗广泛性焦虑症具有一定的优势。

The Evaluation of Effect about Generalized Anxiety Disorder by Treatment and Syndrome Differentiation

Objective Explore the effect of generalized anxiety disorder by TCM treatment.Methods Inclusion criteria would be in line with the 63 cases of patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into three groups,chinese medicine group were treated in accordance with the differentiation of different decoction of Chinese medicine one day,and medicine with the permit change;Western medicine oral paroxetine group,taking a daily morning;The other group were given paroxetine daily agents and a daily one,determine the effect after 6 weeks.Results The overall efficiency of the three groups have similar statistical test was no significant difference,TCM and western medicine group comparison group does not keep statistics on the cure rate learning differences,in group of Chinese and Western Medicine,western medicine group and comparison group with a significant difference between the cure rate,TCM with western medicine group there is no significant difference in cure rate group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,clinical cure rate is significantly better than the use of Western medicine(paroxetine),and less adverse reaction.Prompt treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by TCM has a certain advantage.
