| 摘 要： | 原料分离及提纯工段开车后真空泵出口缓冲罐振动并发出噪音。从生产工艺、设备进行分析,找出产生振动的原因是冬季温度低,采取保温措施后,使缓冲罐不再振动,从而保证安全生产。

| Abstract: | The buffer tank at the outlet of vaccum pump was vibrated and noisy after the raw material separation and purification workshop section start-up. Analysis was carried out from the aspects of production process and equipments. It is found out that the cause of the vibration is the low temperature in winter. After taking insulation measures, the buffer tank will not vibration. Safety production can be ensured. |
