| 摘 要： | 对于下一代网络（NGN），如何保证端到端的服务质量（QoS）是NGN的核心问题之一。文章先介绍了NGN的内涵和体系结构，阐明NGN中QoS问题，然后着重介绍QoS的框架模型和几种实现QoS的关键技术，最后提出了对于NGN QoS研究的建议。
