1,6-二磷酸果糖佐治病毒性脑炎

目的观察1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效.方法对符合诊断标准的病毒性脑炎,按入院先后分为用药组和对照组,用药组在常规中西药治疗基础上加用FDP0.2g/kg*d,通过观察临床主要症状持续天数判断疗效.结果用药组的临床主要症状持续天数较对照组缩短,两者有显著差异.结论FDP佐治病毒性脑炎疗效显著.

Efficacy of FDP in the treatment of virulence encephalitis

Objective:To observe the efficacy of FDP in the treatment of virulence enceph litis Methods:We divide al l patients of v irulence encephalitis in our department i nto two groups randomly,and treat them b y traditional Chinese and western medici ne.We use FDP in one group of patients(0 .2g/kg/d)and do not in another.We distin guish the efficacy of therapy through ob serving the sustained days of main sympt oms Results:We find that s ustained days of main symptoms of using FDP are much s horter than not using one,and the distin guish between them are obvious Co nclusio n:Efficacy of using FDP to treat virulence encephalitis is very notable.
