摘    要:针对装甲车辆自动装弹机执行部件可靠性和可测试性不高,现有的检测设备少等问题,设计了一套故障测试系统,通过信号调理箱驱动各执行部件模拟装弹过程,采集分析试验数据得出测试结论。简要分析了测试系统的组成及功能,重点对信号调理箱的设计进行了说明。

Abstract:According to the problems of the poor reliability and testability of the existing auto-loader actuator unit, the a lack of test equipment and poor maintenance capacity, A fault detection system is designed. Through the imitation of loading controlled by the computer, the needed data can be achieved. Then the result of the faulty situations of auto-loader actuator unit can be gained. The main emphasis is the design of signal conditioning box.
