旋风分离器蜗壳进口应力及强度的有限元分析

摘    要:介绍了旋风分离器蜗壳进口有限元建模情况,分析了蜗壳进口变形状态和应力分布特点,并依据JB4732对危险截面进行了应力强度评定。经分析可知,蜗壳进口的顶板中心位置及外侧板进气口端变形最显著,而该结构应力最大点发生在内侧板拐角与顶板结合处。结果表明,旋风分离器蜗壳进口强度满足安全要求。

Abstract:The modeling of the spiral case inlet of the cyclone was introduced, its deformation and stress distribution was analyzed, and the stress intensity' at vulnerable sections was evaluated based on JB4732. The analysis showed that the most remarkable deformation happens in the middle of the roof plate and the inlet at the outer side plate, and the largest structural stress occurred at the joint of the inside plate and roof plate. The result proves that the stress of the spiral case inlet of the cyclone could meet the safety requirement.
