摘    要:为了提高钻杆的重复利用率,延长钻杆的实际使用寿命,设计一套钻杆螺纹自动修复装置。整套装置包括自动化输送装置的上料、传送、支撑三大机构,以及经过数控化改装后具有自动对刀、装夹中心可调、自动切削进给等优点的CNC管螺纹车床。根据螺纹受损程度确定切削量、螺纹进给深度,在引入的数控系统基础上进行编程,并进行多次室内试验调试程序,最终修复出合格的螺纹,达到降低工人劳动强度与提高修复精度的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the repetition rate of drill pipe and prolong the actual service life of drill rod , a set of automatic re-pairing device for drill pipe thread was designed .The whole device consisted of three major institutions , including the automatic conve-ying device, delivery device and support device , and the CNC pipe threading lathe with the advantages of automatic tool setting , ad-justable clamping tools, automatic feed.The cutting depth and thread feeding depth were determined by the damage of thread .After programming and many experiments in laboratory , qualified thread is gotten eventually by the device .The design has reduced the labor intensity and improved repairing precision .
