摘    要:针对某地高镁低品位磷矿,采用双反浮选工艺流程,在脱镁的基础上,添加少量脱硅增效剂,增强了硅酸盐杂质的疏水性,提高了硅酸盐杂质的可浮性,精矿P2O5品位可以从25.0%提高到28.0%以上,可以满足酸法用矿要求,为该矿开发利用提供了可靠依据.

Abstract:Double reverse flotation process was introduced for the high-magnesium and low-grade phosphate.Demagnesium and addition of minor silication free synergist brought about stronger hydrophobicity of silicate as impurity and increased the floatability of silicate as impurity with P2O5 grade being upgraded from 25.0% to 28.0% and above,meeting the requirements for the ore using acid process and providing the reliable basis for exploitation and utilization of the ore.
