瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜的麻醉效果观察

目的观察瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将160例行无痛胃镜检查的患者,随机分为两组,即单纯丙泊酚组（A组）和瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组（B组）。对两组患者的麻醉镇痛效果进行评级,观察并记录两组患者麻醉前、手术中、手术结束时的HR、RR、SpO2变化,以及丙泊酚用量、清醒时间和离院时间。结果 B组的镇痛效果优于A组（P〈0.01）;B组丙泊酚用量明显少于A组（P〈0.01）,且术毕清醒及离院时间也明显短于A组（P〈0.01）。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚应用于无痛胃镜的麻醉效果优于单纯丙泊酚,且该方法安全可靠。

Effect of remifentanil and propofol on anesthesia for painless gastroscopy

Objective To detect the efficacy and safety of anesthesia with remifentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A（80 cases）was anesthetized with propofol,whereas group B（80 cases）was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol.The changes of heart rate,breath rate and oxygen saturation were observed during operation.The dose of propofol,the time for recovery and leaving hospital were recorded.Results The effect of analgesia in group B was better than that of group A（P〈0.01）.The consumed dose of propofol in group B was less than that in group A（P〈0.01）.Both the time of recovery and leaving hospital in group B were shorter than in group A（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Anesthesia with remifentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy is safer and more reliable than that propofol only.
