| 摘 要： | 目的：测量脑转移瘤患者放射治疗前后MRS各代谢物浓度,分析各代谢物浓度的变化与体积变化的相关性。方法：收集接受头部颅脑X-刀联合全脑照射治疗的肺癌脑转移患者33例,均经病理证实,其中,因中途患者死亡及不配合的患者有12例。纳入本组患者共21例,鳞癌6例,腺癌10例,小细胞癌5例。单发11例,多发10例,共计42个病灶。利用3DSPGR序列测量肿瘤体积。结果：与体积变化有相关性的指标（P〈0.05）有Cho、Cho/Cr、Cho/nCho,各指标与体积之间存在显著的正相关关系,以Cho与体积变化的相关性最显著,呈非线性相关。结论：放疗后肿瘤内Cho值是反映肿瘤代谢的重要指标,它的变化与肿瘤体积间存在内在联系。
