伦理学上,通常将中国传统的儒家思想称为德性主义,也将西方自苏格拉底开创,经柏拉图,到亚里士多德集大成的伦理思想称为德性主义.但是,中西方德性主义伦理学由于文化背景的差异,对德性的理解是不同的,并且这种不同直接导致对如何成就德性这一问题的理解差异.因此,对中西方德性主义道德教育观进行比较,寻找二者之间的异同,有助于更为深入的认识与了解中西方传统伦理思想.文章立足于一种客观的学术立场,以辩证的马克思主义方法论对中西方德性主义道德教育观进行比较研究.
