动态心电图在晕厥中的诊断价值

目的：探讨动态心电图在晕厥中的诊断价值。方法：采用十二导联动态心电图（12导联Hoher）连续监测16例疑为心源性晕厥患者24小时内的活动，记录晕厥发作情况。结果：16例患者晕厥发作15例，其中8例室性心动过速，1例房颤伴预激综合症，2例房室传导阻滞，3例心室停搏，心电图长R—R间期〉3S共46次，其中有18次晕厥发作。而房室传导阻滞〈3S有300次，对应时无晕厥发作。结论：24小时Holter对心源性晕厥病因有较大的诊断价值。

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF AECG MONITORING IN PATIENTS WITH SYNCOPE

Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of AECG monitoring in patient with syncope. Method： 24-hours 12-lead Hoher monitoring was performed in 16 patients with suspected cardiac syncope, and recorded syncope occurrences. Result： Syncope occured in 15 patients of 16 cases. Ventricular tachycardia occurred in 8 of them, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia occurred in 1 of them, atrial fibrillation in the preexcitation syndrome occured in 1 case, atrioventricular block occured in 2 cases, and ventricular standstill occured in 3 cases. There are 46 R-R intervals which are longer than 3 seconds, in which there are 18 syncope occurrences. However, there are 300 atrioventricular block occurrences which is shorter than 3 seconds, no syncope occurrence corresponding. Conclusion： 24-hour Hoher monitoring has a great diagnostic value in the reasons for cardiac syncope.
